We’re famous for our seafood, from smoked salmon and mackerel to marinated herring, or Solomon Gundy, as well as the scallops of Digby to the lobsters of Barrington, known as the Lobster Capital of Canada. We can’t tell you where to find the best fish and chips in the province, but you’ll find plenty of restaurants that offer this favourite dish.
